As we approach the final phase of our platform rollout, we are gearing up for the Level Up Accelerators Grand Openings on September 30.
Phase 2 Progress and Updates:
Revamping & Promoting the Level Up Accelerator: The focus of Phase 2 is to revamp and promote the Level Up Accelerator, which includes new action planners, slide shows, onboarding materials, and challenges to enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
Training the Trainers: We have successfully completed preliminary Level Support Calls to onboard our builders. This crucial step has provided valuable feedback from the team on what is needed to ensure a smooth transition and a seamless experience for our members.
Mingle! Slides & Materials: The Level Support Slides have been completed and are now undergoing revisions based on member questions that arose during testing.
Onboarding Process: A self-selection process is currently being developed to simplify member onboarding. The mechanism to support this process is in progress.
Action Planners: We acknowledge that no progress has been made on the Action Planners yet, but it remains a top priority as we continue Phase 2.
Knowledge Library: The Knowledge Library has been updated with the most current available information. Each meeting we hold brings new insights into what additional content is needed for this resource.
Accelerators: We are excited to announce that we have identified the five core Accelerators for the platform and have begun building them out. These accelerators will play a key role in helping our members fast-track their personal and professional growth.
